Our Mandate

The WKF will represent as a trusted international platform for a multi-ethnic, multi-generational, and inter-disciplinary community that envisions a safe future for Kashmiris – a future where Kashmiris are treated as essential and undeniable stakeholders, free to enjoy their rights and lead a life of dignity.

The WKF is a non-political, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization committed to raising the bar and voicing the ongoing freedom struggle in Kashmir. The forum aims to stop the perennial grip of violence on Kashmiris and expose the mandate set by India's unilateral assault on Kashmiri's identity and citizenship.

The WKF will serve the need for humanity in Kashmir through its programs and advocacy efforts. The Association will serve as a catalyst for positive social change in Kashmir through social entrepreneurship. We intend to stimulate and facilitate intergenerational dialogues for a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir conflict.
